After my daughter shredded something with glue on it, our shredder jammed up. After calling around, R&S were the only company that was willing to speak with me to see if they could help. Ramsay suggested I bring my unit in to have it looked at.
Once there he explained that the cost to repair my unit (something we got free on a Staples promo) would be more than buying a new one. I explained that we are a small home based business with little paper usage. He offered a great shredder that would accommodate our needs and was less than the cost of the repair to an outdated unit.
